we do not pay the postage.
All books can be paid for by money order, personal check or Paypal (see below for details). When ordering by Paypal you can use any major credit card. When filling out
the Paypal order form, avoid the "log in" route (on the right side of the
screen)
because it is often confusing. It is quicker and clearer if you simply

requested under the heading on the left, "Pay with credit card".
